About Agnes & Patti

I was born in Grasse, South of France. I then emigrated to Vancouver Island, Canada with my parents when I was little and lived a hippy, alfalfa sprout and bran muffin lifestyle on the island in the late 60’s to the early 80’s. During this time my parents sent me back to France to go to school and live with my French Italian grand parents and I went to school in a little village there.

My mum then decided to visit Australia to see her sisters in the early 80’s and loved it, so off we went again to another part of the world to live where nasty spiders and snakes live amongst the koalas, lizards and kangaroos. Yes we do eat kangaroo burgers, no they aren’t in the streets of Sydney despite what you see on YouTube. I had a tumour in my late 20’s which I healed in a short time.

In 1983 we moved there against my will. I was 17 years old with a boyfriend I was sure I would die without. 10 years later I was surprisingly still alive. Canada was my life, and I had just left it all behind and decided I wouldn’t speak to my parents for quite some time because of the decision to make me go to this place I refused to learn anything about.  1987-88 I attended college to study Performing Arts – Dance and Drama which I loved. When I finished twirling around there I designed a Dance Show that toured schools in Australia – a show called France Dance. I did that until I tore my hamstring and was burnt out physically and contracted glandular fever for months.

I went into insurance and then teaching, I had a small business called “Frogs Legs French for Children” and I would teach in the mornings before going to the insurance company. Then came retail and eventually visual merchandising (styling homewares stores) for 15 years until I injured my back and had to take a year off. What a blessing this was! I learned to heal my back and then move totally away from jobs that still echoed my old beliefs of “you have to work hard for money” and “creative people don’t make money”. I had many creative fun jobs that I had loved but they were either physically killing me or I was never paid very much so at this point in my life I knew I had to change.

Finally I was having a physical rest and I felt I could work AND take care of myself mentally, physically and emotionally. It only took 40 years to learn that lesson!

The next few years was a real turning point, I learned extreme self love and care and also continued to apply all the metaphysical, law of attraction teachings and the teachings of Neville Goddard, Louise Hay, Florence Shovel Shinn, Rhonda Byrne, Abraham Hicks, Catherine Ponder, Wallace Wattles, Joseph Murphy  and Kamal Ravikant to name a few that have influenced me greatly.

Today I live between London and Sydney and also I am fortunate to visit my family in the same little village in the South of France. I imagined an Isosceles triangle, a black one on a white piece of paper. At the top was Sydney, at the bottom London and France. That’s the only time I have ever used a Isosceles triangle since school, but this one time changed the course of my life. I imagined each night before sleep that triangle with the 3 places and I imagined a cartoon plane going from one place to the next. My life transformed to travelling and working remotely from wherever I am so I am able to see loved ones in all 3 countries.

I am endlessly grateful to YouTube and Google for the freedom they have provided in the last few decades for me and so many others. It is their wonderful platforms that have allowed me to be free, creative and work from home in the quiet which I love…….oh and NO MORE ALARM CLOCK. That was one of my big goals to never hear that again and not start work before 10am.
